Dr. Gillhooley doesn't listen properly-nice man though-I find Dr Smith excellent. Really listens and looks at you not at his computer so much as Dr. Gillhooley. Reception staff seem friendlier recently. Practice seems to be getting better -considered leaving recently, but Dr. Smith has given me renewed faith in Fusehill.

The healthcare assistant I saw today was lovely. However, when I made the appt the doctor had said I could ask to see the nurse, but the reception staff made me feel I couldn't do this - I felt I had to justify why I could have what the GP had said.

Improvements: Change the music in reception to something calmer, uplifting and more pleasant. The music today was awful two members of reception staff on duty to cut down. Queuing time, an acknowledgement that we had to queue such as:- sorry to keep you waiting.

For the first time in over five years I was able to make an actual appointment prior to the day of the appointment! Shocking! The reception staff was nice, my appointment was on time and the doctor listened! Something is working, folks. Thank you for listening to us! Finally - we matter.
